Booking Requirement

• Please input your flight details at the checkout page
• Please input complete name for all passenger
• Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months until the date of departure and/or arrival

• Staff will standby On air bridge arrival bring a signage under guest name
• Staff will assist the guest To Voa Counter
• Guest goes through Immigration processes on their own only scan barcode on Gate
• Staff will assist the guest with the luggage collection

• VIP Line for all counter
• Passport & Visa Problem.
• Visa on Arrival (VOA) fee
• Transport from to Accommodation

Cancellation

• Service after booked can not to be cancellation (non refundable)
• for amend date allowed 2 day before service date

• Meet & greet with sign customer name at arrival before immigration lane
